Please join us for the fourth in a quarterly series of Bootcamp Trainings, designed to assist primary care practices in implementing best practices in geriatric care. Bootcamp IV focuses on Dementia Care in Primary Care Practice, including screening for Dementia, best practices in providing Dementia Care, and the importance of community based organizations in providing Dementia Care. We strongly encourage every member of the team attend this training in order to assist the practice in providing the best Dementia Care possible.
