SUMMARY:Boot Camp 1: Annual Wellness Visit 3/14/17
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the first in a quarterly series of Bootcamp Trainings\, designed to assist primary care practices in implementing best practices in geriatric care. Bootcamp 1 will be held on March 14th\, with a repeat on March 29th\, at the Audubon McLane Center at 84 Silk Farm Road in Concord\, NH. Registration on the day of Bootcamp starts at 8:30am.  The event starts promptly at 9:00am\, ending at 3:30pm. Lunch will be served.\n \nBootcamp 1 will focus on the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit\, a free preventive visit for those covered by Medicare. This Bootcamp will provide specifics on the AWV\, including considerations key to implementation planning\, Medicare rules\, how to run the visit and how to successful bill for the visit. Our model focuses on utilizing nurses\, nursing staff and medical assistants to the top of their licenses.  The Bootcamp content is tailored primarily to this audience.\n \nTo sign up for Bootcamp 1 on either March 14th or 29th\, please RSVP to  Timothy.M.Hesselton@hitchcock.org by March 3rd.  \n\n\n	Related\n
