DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the fourth in a quarterly series of Bootcamp Trainings\, designed to assist primary care practices in implementing best practices in geriatric care. Bootcamp IV focuses on Dementia Care in Primary Care Practice\, including screening for Dementia\, best practices in providing Dementia Care\, and the importance of community based organizations in providing Dementia Care.
